Online Payments
Immanion Press uses Paypal for all online transactions. Paypal their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy policy so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to Paypal, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms and Conditions.
Direct Payments
Should you be unable to use Paypal as a method of payment, we can issue invoices directly to you, but you will need to email us directly about this rather than use the online ordering facilities. We will provide bank details to allow you to transfer payment directly from a source of your choosing to the Immanion Press bank account. We will provide a full invoice receipt for this.
Third Party Services
We do not share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Our third-party providers will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. For example - our printing company when printing your order and shipping the books to you.
Links from Our Website
When you click on links on our site, they may direct you away from it, such as authors’ personal web sites, if you wish to find out more about them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
The Order and Contract
Every order placed with Immanion Press is subject to the terms and conditions laid out here at the time you place that order. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will come into effect when we post them on immanion-press.com (“the website”). You should read the terms and conditions whenever you use the website, and your continued use of the website signifies that you accept them. If there is anything you do not understand please contact us before you place an order. The applicable terms and conditions will be those posted on the website at the time your order is placed. Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing.
By ordering from this website, you are entering into a binding contract with Immanion Press.
By ordering from this website, you are indicating that you agree our terms and conditions.
Postage and Delivery Times
Orders will be delivered within 14th working days to the best of our ability. (For more details see frequently asked questions or contact us). There may be rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so delivery cannot be guaranteed within this time frame. We will always keep you informed if there is a problem.
Immanion Press cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery (or 'Shipping')
Delivery in the UK will be by Royal Mail or courier.
Orders for US customers are fulfilled by our printers in America. Deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
For international orders to other countries, you should contact us direct to enquire about shipping fees. In addition, any customs fees or import tax incurred during shipping are your responsibility and must be paid by you. Immanion Press is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you order arrives in a damaged condition or is in any way faulty please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will discuss how best to put the situation right. Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 10 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
Immanion Press cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss or costs, whether direct or indirect, no matter how they occur, (including loss of business or damage to business relationships), and whether based on contract or tort resulting from any of the following:
* Inaccuracies or errors of content on the website
* Transmission of viruses, bugs, or similar, which may be spread to or through the website by a third party
* Unauthorised access to, or use of, our system and/or any and all personal data stored on it
* Any down time on our website.
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable, (including any clause in which we exclude our liability to you), this will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these terms. According to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 this contract does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce its terms.
This contract is governed by British law and is subject only to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
If we make changes to these terms and conditions or to our privacy policy they will update our website www.immanion-press.com.
We do NOT notify individual customers of changes to our terms and conditions or privacy policy. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read these terms in full and check back on our website for changes.
